Yes, to your question. But for now no free flashing your phone, because xs++ or setool lite doesn`t support flashing new platform phones ( db3150 ).

The latest firmware version for UN-BRANDED phones is:R1EA037 and for Orange is:R1EC001,which is the same as 037 but with Orange's branding...
By my experience,phone is the same as it was with R1EA031...You can't flash it for free this period of time...You'll have to wait a little more,because it is based in the new A2 platform,so XS++ can't access it for the time being... :(
