Help! s500i configuration error!!

My S500i doesnt work! when i turn it on it appears Configuration error! It happen when i updated my phone with SEUS! Now i cant turn the phone on or even flash it to another firmware! when i try to us XS++ it shows:

You must apply custom file. Your phone is cid 53 and you can flash or apply custom file with JDFlasher.
