Delete Preinstalled Content

I just debranded my phone(w580i) and I was wondering how I can delete the 2 games on there or move it to my memcard.. Sims2 and Lumines... also I was wondering How i can get the demo Video link off of the entertainment menu...

connect with XS++ first then find the directory under which the preinstalled content is under then just delete. im not sure the directory name but im sure someone else here will know

In your menu.ml file need delete next:

Well i went to through the phone using xs++ and Far.. but I couldn't open the Menu.ml file.. i might need a little help on trying to edit the file..

Update
Well I found the orig menu.ml on a different site.. so I was able to change that but I still can't find where Lumines and Sims2 is located...
