Is it possible to unlock this phone for fre

I researched into this myself some time ago for a friend and i found out that there is no free unlock option for this phone because is based on a old platform. You can only go to a service with it

can it be unlocked with setool2

[dmoe]

SeTool2 Lite or SeTool2 Full?
Altought i don't think it really matters because neither of them can unlock J110 as far as i know.

Can i use a normal USB cable to connect the phone to the pc?
Do I need any file to keep the language of the phone, after unlocking it?
