Unlocking and Flashing a W580i

I just changed from a W810i to a new AT&T W580i. Now I want to unlock this phone but the phone firmware on this phone is R7AC001. R7AC001 is not in the download area and I can't find it anywhere so I am planing to flash it with the Main and FS for the RCA6001 that's in the download area. My question is, is there anywhere to keep the internet and text message settings on the phone after flashing it with a different Main and FS. I manage to unlock the W810 but never flash any of these phones before so I would appreciate any help I could get on this issue.
