Hello, Can someone please please please send me this flash menu http://www.topsony.com/forum/local_links.php?catid=541 (The very top one) please I really want to put it onto my phone. Thank you!

This file will work only on a walkman phone with 176x220 display (W810, W550...). W700 and W800 can not show it - there you must take something else. For example from here. IMHO you can have it when you have 20 posts or more in the first month, or if you make a premium account. Correct me, if i'm wrong.

OK, so how would I go about using this theme on my W810i? I was told I would have to change the extension? Thanx

no you have to upload the swf flash menu file to your phones filesystem and then load a theme .thm file that supports the designated flash menu you want.

Actually you can use any flash menu with any theme on your phone. You just have to unpack the thm file, by renaming it to tar and then extract it using winrar for example.
There should be some kind of xml -file in the archive. Open it with wordpad and edit it like that:

While grouped_desktop.swf is the name of the flash file. Change it to the name of the flash menu you want to use.
