Smartphone w960i xs++ flash stucked! HELP

Hi, I purchased a firmware that is for w960i on topsony. I am trying to flash w960i smartphone with xs++ but when I select the zip file and check flash all files, it starts saying that this is a 3 phase step, but then I always end up getting stucked at phase 2, it won't move to phase 3. I tried couple times. Please someone who knows anything please let me know.

    Thanks

As far as I know, smartphones can't be flashed with XS++ or any simmilar program like SeTool. Only SEUS can update them.
    Sorry 'mate.

xs++ CAN'T fully flash a smartphone, but what you can do is change your cda number to a unbranded one (back-up gdfs first), then update the phone with seus you will have a unbranded phone with the latest firmware.
