    Your GDFS is damaged.
    If you made a GDFS backup before flashing , you can restore it and everything should be fine.
    If you haven't got a backup, your phone is a brick.

    I've restored original GDFS too, without results.

    There is no way to "rebuild" GDFS correctly? Could be a hardware fault?
