Problems with my K800i - some keys not working but works fine in games

I have this phone for months now. But recently, the right, down, 2, 3, 8, 9, power keys are not working anymore.

The funny thing is, when you're playing games like the tennis, those keys are usable.

Also, if I master reset the phone, those keys works fine for some time. Then the phone will restart and then it's not working again.

    Firmware is R1KG001 APAC.

    Anyone experience this? Thanks.

    Edit:
Down and right keys respond too when the phone keys are locked.
