How to open a headset's output(that goes into the phone)

its a standard headset of sony ericsson i got on a phone but now i got another better headset butt he output is broke, 1 of the 2 pins are broke.. I would like to change them anybody knows how to? (its a w8110 btw)

It's difficult to open original fast port and change sth in it... i tried to open not original port, but all materials were not so strong and it's easy to broke sth in it :)
So... better to you buy new headset :)

I have problem like this guy . I have the org. headset but dont work on my phone K750i/w800 any headset dont work.. i open the phone clear the pins on motherboard and still dont work.....

Where is problem ?
