hay man! this is "Camra Driver" when you extract .zip OR .rar file.
the extracted file "camdriver0.dat"
you need Far Manager, XS++....for change the camra driver.
CAUTION:
its risky if you are noob, go to tutorials section and learn how to use these softwares.
