Qamaker folder

Hello everyone
Im trying to make an unlock patch with setools2 lite and Im following
the guide posted on here. I get to the point where it says to put the firmware in the qamaker folder like it says below , but I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE.


"With SETool2 Lite v1.11.
1. Select your phone model.
2. In Windows Explorer drag the MAIN file (.mbn) onto SETool2 Lite v1.11 folder\qamaker\qamaker.exe. In the qamaker's folder you will get a quick_access_XXXX_XXXXXXX.vkp file.
3. Click on ... (three dots) button near MISC files box, and select the vkp file generated in step 2."


can anyone please explain that to me, what am I missing here!

The path is ...\Setool2lite1.11\qamaker\qamaker.exe
Drop the .mbn file on qamaker.exe. You'll have quick_access_****_*******.vkp in 1 second. Then follow the instructions

I did that first part. and i don't get .mbn file

IMPORTANT: First you need backup the GDFS. If something goes wrong you can unbrick you phone with this backup. Here is how to do:
Open SETool2 Lite v1.11.
1. Select your phone model.
2. Click on Read GDFS button.
3. Follow the instructions given by SETool2 Lite.
4. You will get a gdfs_yourIMEI.bin file in SETool2 Lite folder. Put it to a safe place.

What do you mean "created"??? You should download it.
Example: If your phone is k810 and has firmware R8BA024, you need K810_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED52.mbn
Download it drom somewhere rar and extract it...

The problem is, after updationg to 1.11 there is NO SUCH FOLDER AS QAMAKER.

The .mbn file is not created by that step, you have to download it.
