Strange behaviour of k750 after flashing

I recently put w800 firmware in my k750. After that, i noticed a strange behaviour of the phone(battery): even it was almost fully charged, when i started it, the battery level was indicating only 15%. But after playing a little it increased (first to 50% and the to 80%). At the service they told me it isn't a hardware problem, so I put back k750 firmware and for a while this issue stopped. Last night i pulled out the SIM card and the battery for an hour and the problem reappeared. Any ideas ?

I think it might be something to do with the battery. You could try a different battery?

I did that (using a w600 battery) and it acts the same way. I've noticed they have the same battery :BST-36. I saw k750 uses BST-37 battery. Maybe that could be the problem?
    Any other suggestions, please?

You tried to replace BST-36 to BST-37. This may fix your problem.

    Nice day

I made a .txt file containing the line: gdfswrite:000000099A0140017C29, i put it in SeTool at "Misc Files" and I hit "write script". It seems my problem is solved.
