cant access customization

can anyone help me??

im trying to flash my phone.. ive flashed my MAIN and FS and it says flashing successful..

but when i'm tyring to customize it doesn't go further..

heres the last log i got then afterwards it doesnt proceed..

You must move extracted folder TPA in folder own_custpack , then move XS++ and own_custpack in New Folder and :

i think you should flash your main,fs and customization pack at the same time...

i tried flashing it all at once but still i got the same result..

i even tried own_custpack thing but still the same..

You wrong when first flash Main, then FS and in the end Customize.

i tried bro i first flash the FS file then followed by the CDA

You need to flash your phone step-by-step. First flash Filesystem, then customize your Filesystem, and finaly flash MAIN. I tried to flash all at once on K750 and it freezes on Activating Filesystem. Use XS++ 3.1 (Darwin) to flash your phone.

When i flashed my K810. i went threw these steps with XS++

1: select main_generic_etc.....
2: select fs_Europe_etc.....

Than flash it.
Wait until "successfull"
Disconnect phone.
Remove and replace battery
connect to XS++ again
Go to "FSX" --> "start FSX"
wait until list completes
goto --> tpa\preset\system\custom
and just simply add the custom files right in there. works for me.
