I use flash menu on k800i but i just download only the file xxx.swf to dir. tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash. Must i download also edited file xxx.thm to phone ? but in which folder ????

you need to put the flash menu (.swf) you want in the directory tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash

and then you need to create a corresponding theme that will work with the flash menu and upload the theme file (.thm) to your MS card (i.e. theme folder)

As "csky888" says, you have to link the theme itself to the corresponding .swf file, then you're done :)
