I want to know if there is a manual way to upgrade my w580 phone from R6CA001_RED52 to R8BE001_RED52 without using wanton, tms or d-client?

You mean only upgrade and not flashing your phone. You can tried update via SEUS, but I think if you want newer firmware for your phone , you must make a full flash to a newer version of firmware. All files and programs are at Top Sony download section, but first you must read this:
