s500i camera problem

I have a s500i and its giving me the message "Another application is running . close it then restart the camera" when I try to use the camera. Bought the phone in Hong Kong but I am using it Canada right now. Service provider is fido right now. Its unlocked and a quadband phone. Is there anything I can do to make my phone's camera work again. I tried master reset and SEUS but problem persist. Should I try putting in the original s500 cam driver? Would that fix the problem? Thanks.

sorry... I am a newbie at this. What's a full flash? Do u have any tutorial links that I can follow to do a full flash on my phone? Also would putting in the original s500 camera driver fix it or I have to do a full flash? Anyway thanks.

You must make a flash of your phone. That means :

Firmware has two parts:
1. FS: It contains languages, images, sounds, animations, settings, etc. Anything that isn't pure software.
2. Main: It contains the software.

Note: MAIN and FS HAVE to be the same software version

Customization has to be same region as FS, in this case
FS = EU5 (EUROPE_5)

My firmware version is R6BC002, and the region is in Hong Kong right? What firmware version would I need... is it S500_R6BC002_MAIN_HONG_KONG_LY_RED52? or can I actually use any kind of firmware? Can I use this one: S500_R6BC002_FS_CENT_EUROPE_RED52.fbn and S500_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_LY_RED52.mbn? Thank you very much and so sorry asking all these questions. Oh and sorry what type of customs pack would I need to use? I am a little bit confused about how to assoiciate the correct fs with custom packs.
