Well you shuden't update the CID. Did u try to read the GDFS with SE tool2 lite? I can upload GDFS from working phone if u need it.

Flashing a GDFS that did not originally come from that exact handset may have severe consequences. By exact handset I mean your handset, not your friends unlocked handset, YOUR HANDSET!
