When I ordered my w810i, it arrived next day! I ordered my 6300 yesterday and have been promised delivery for Monday.

When you say the 2 codes do not work, did you call the freephone number and try them?? They didn work for me online either, so I called the number which I have posted above and they accepted the codes over then phone!
