    It will not brick your phone, if you have the wrong custpack. It may work OK, if you are lucky, and especially if they are both European regioned. Also I bet the generic EMEA6 and EUROPE3 custpacks are pretty much identical, except for the language tags in customize.xml

    i.e. if you try to use Arabic Persian-Farsi Russian Danish Dutch you would cause error.
