I would like to ask,what will happen if we use download manger for our downloads from download section?

It Will Download But For Some Managers The File Wont Start Download And The Size Of File Will Be Excluded From Download Allowance. So Better To Use Without Download Managers:)

you mean that if i download a file with flashgtet e.g. my allowance wont be decreased?

it means it might be possible that your flashgtet would not get the download started (you are getting nothing), but your allowance STILL get decreased.
