i need a patch for my phone (k750, red, R1CA021, cid49, eu2), which always turns the flashlight on in camera mode.

If you mean to force flash, then this is driver depended.. Seek for modded camera drivers for your phone with this feature or request the code to paste it / edit your camera driver file yourself.
