i have battery icon patch but icons are separate

ok,so i have a battery icon patch suitable for my phone's main,but the icons came in a separate folder,how do i go about combining them,or where do i put these icons,if i can't combine the two?

dont have to combine them . just apply each patch

only one is actually a.vkp file the other is a folder with all the icons,i tried the patch alone- no icons attached ,i could have guessed that from the size.i did try another ,yes,the icons were in it,and the size of this .vkp was just about right and it worked.it has green battery stages,but i'd rather use the other with multi-coloured bits.
