I have V630i with K610i firmware .
Some time when i recive the call i ditn't hear any thing on earphone.
Could you help me repair it.

i suggest you to flash it to K530. K610 is an old firmware. K530 it's fully compatible with V630 (without the radio, that's a hardware part missing in v630).

well well well i had the same bug with my se k700i. It is probably a driver problem.. checkout if there is any update with the se update service (that's how i fixed mine) or try to download newer acoustic drivers and upload them with the XS++...

Do not use SEUS like mariospale said. It can upgrade your CID to 53 so you won't be able to unlock it or flash it, for free at this time.
Try to replace the acoustics. They are found in ifs/settings/acoustic
If it doesn't work, do what catalin24 suggested: flash it to K530.
