    no problem buddy but please let me know as it may not crash my system i donot have any time to reinstall windows as my papers are in progress............
    It should be pretty safe if you delete that file.

    Yes You May Safely Delete It Cause Windows Recreates It Automatically. Infact Windows Recreates It Everytime A Driver Is Added. I Have Tried This Myself Last Month On Vista:D. Just Make Sure You Reboot Windows After Deleting It.
