firstly,you have to unbrand the phone,because with vidafone may not work properly,it happened to me twice with a w810...
After you have done that,you must apply the "quick access patch" to your phone...That's why setool DOES NOT patch the phone...If you noticed at the board of actions of programm,somewhere says "Having only bytes" or sth like that...I suggest you work with far manager as it is easier,faster and some big patches Setool2lite doesn't apply them...
