I already know how to apply a patch and how to use the patch generator. You would know if you read my post.
The problem is i cant create a patch because i dont have the .bin or .mbn file for my
K750, R1CA021, eu2 red cid49 phone.
ps. how to update to some newer? and - is it better to unlock the phone with newer firmware?

you have to download new main and fs and custpack
you can flash you phone to w800
than you follow this tutorial, and use the main you flashed in patch generator
but i have found you a patch that should work
here it is:
