I see this message on setool when flashing branded firmware.
PACKAGE CONTAINS SIMLOCKS ! USE WITH CARE !

My question is this:
When the phone leaves the factory, with firmware inside, but has never been started, it is locked on network?
Or it gets locked at first startup depending on this lines inside customization?

Did anyone tried that? I never had the chance to put my hand on a brand-new sony ericsson phone, that was never started.
