what rovtar means - you need a software called far (Far1.70)
with a plugin called sefp (sefp09038.zip), but this in the plugins folder
then start far.exe and hit f11 - here you choose sefp and other settings to connect to the phone.
    far works with cid36.

for which reason your update your cell?
well...if your phone is unlocked via patches. OR other way
    then use far manager.
another easy option is update your phone via SEUS.

Well...if you just want to to change/upgrade your phone you can use XS++, it can handle CID36 phones with standard USB cable (DCU-60).
If you want to patch unlock it you can either upgrade the CID to 49 and use SE Tool or use FAR to patch it.
Full unlock is possible with SE Tool 2 cracked.
