My problem is solved:
(1) I purchased a "Sim Unlocker" from here: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.13532
(2) I followed the directions of that site's review section
(3) My mobile was not listed on the website or the uploaded document but it worked
(4) I used the "0003" code by entering it instead of the "1234" Sim code - all explained on the website.

Finally, its done. Thanks to all who helped me in the past. Bye
