somebody tell me that it is possible to do it but i need flash tools and something that you put in the sim card place and cahge\flash firmware and change the CID as you want
anybody here know something about that??

You can`t downgrade your cid number , only upgrade.

You cant change the CID once its been upgraded. ie if it was CID 52 and you upgraded it to CID53 then you CANT go back to CID 52.
With regards to changing firmwares etc please read the tutorial sections in this forum.
If you have any problems with completing your task then please post back with as much detail as possible.
ie: XS== or setool logs
error codes or numbers
