w880i screen

Hi, my w880i screen is temprimental its dark most of the time with lines down it, then for no reason the screen works perfect for awhile then goes dodgey again!

It used to be dark constintaly so i thought it was completly broke, but recently it has started working every so often, i was thinking it was a broke back light? is the back light built into the screen or is it seperate so it can be replaced ?

any surgestions would be appreciated, thanx

hi, have you modded your phone in any way like put flash themes on it ect.
before i put flash thems on my phone it used to work perfect and the backlight used to be on all them time while i was on my phone. Now since i have put flash themes on the background like seems to disapear for a while them comes back on when it want lol.

No, i had not changed anything at all it was standard...

i have since flashed phone to try fix the problem wich did not work, im thinkin it may be damp inside ? and maybe taking it apart might let it dry out.
