this means that you have not chosen the way to break your phones protection
what xs++ are you using, probbably older version

you can download xs++ 3.1 here (on rapidshare or megaupload and here you have a tutorial how to use xs++ 3.1 if you want) - fsx uploading is slightly different, and what happened to you will not happend

or you can use this version you have:
before you "start fsx", go to the flash menu (like you are going to flash it) and tick customize file system, press ok, and then go to the settings menu (like you are giong to disconnect it), and choose BreakXS

then, go to the flash menu again, untick customize file system, and finally go to FSX menu and press start fsx
