k750i@w800i back to k750i

I have flashed my k750i cid 49 red to w800i. but need my k750i back. i tried to download the firmwares and flash them using xs++. but i'm scared about the erom and gdfs data being overwritten or something like that. and the firmware i used to flash my k750 to w800 was in *.*.bin format. but the ones i've downloaded is in *.*.fbn format and something like that. i don't understand. is it safe to flash it with these(r1db001 or r1ca021) main and fs to the phone the same i did to convert it to w800's r1bc002.
i've searched many forums and hours of googling made me end with creating a thread.. :(

please......someone help me out..................

well, im not a massive expert but i prefer flashing my phone with mbn and fbn files rather that bin files, the firmware version dosent matter, was it a brown erom flashed to a red erom or was it origannly a red erom??

You Wanna Get Back To K750. Simply Upgrade Using SEUS And SEUS Will Overwrite K750 Files On Your W800 Firmware. Or You May Want To REFLASH Your Phone (Recommended). See XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing,Customizing,Recovering - Top Sony Forums

It can be done ,dont wory about erom and gdfs...
Search for the bin file...
I have already done that and it works fine...

in any way its better to always backup your gdfs and erom...

Nothing will happen. I had flashed back to K750i and again back to w800i and nothing happened.

firmware doesn't overwrite the gdfs or erom, make sure you back up your gdfs anyway, .bin, or .mbn & .fbn it doesn't matter there all the same.

you maust flash your main firmware to your phone and no need to gdfs and erom
if your firmware was r1ca021 you must flash r1ca021_main_cid49_red_eu1
