Download Problem - Download Credit Gone

Hi. I subscribed to premium2 just to try it out first and found problem while downloading. Already a couple of times, i downloaded a file called local_links.php with 32kb instead of the file i requested to download. At first, it showed up as the file name but when i chose the location and click save. it download so fast as 32kb local_links.php instead. I checked my download limit and the whole 15mb is subtracted instead of the 32kb. I was downloading a couple of firmware FS and MAIN. they are range from 10meg to 15meg each. this happen occasionally. At first, i was like, nah is ok. i don't care if i get slightly less download credit than i supposed to get. even if i ran out of limit that day, i'll try the next day. Same thing happen the next day. and then the same for the next day again. Then i thought, i am running out of download limit fast because i couldn't download the file i want but my credit is going down still. For the last 3 days. i experienced this at least once a day. i don't remember how many time. probably 3-5 times. i just ignored until now. if 3-5 times with 10-15meg each. i am wasting a day or two of download credits of 50meg per day.

i tried looking for some private support section to send this, but i couldn't find a link. so i post it here. hopefully someone from topsony will reply.
