    gdfs files.

    ok i have question..

    why shouldn't i use gdfs which i get it from setool3-box.org supporter program..

    if i mustn't why the files are there

    Every single phone has a unique GDFS file
    So if you do use a different GFDS file and you didnt back up your original one
    you could brick your phone...it sounds cool but is def not bro

    With an actual box I have no idea about. I tried tho :D

    I believe it's there for repairing purposes, such as a damaged GDFS? or to rebuild a unique GDFS with some skills. (:

    GDFS as the name stands for is "Global Distribution File System" is unique for every phone set as they have unique information regarding the IMEI and customizations.

    Extreme care should be taken while handling SE phones with mandatory backup of GDFS before any service operations.

    u can use other gdfs for db2010 but for db2020c can.so u must get backup ever u use setoo3
