You can try to get the MAIN and FS firmware for your w600 and the patch file generated by SIMLockPatchGen v2.1 from the MAIN firmware. Then use SEtoollite to flash.
That is what I am going to try. Since this method work for the CID52 K610, I would assume the CID49 W600 should be the same.

If your phone is W600 ( platform 2010 ) CID49 , then it should work, because at the moment you can apply patches to DB2000/DB2010 CID36/49 and DB2020 CID52 platforms.

as i know w600 is cid 49 so u can unlock it with patch

Why not semc?!?
Why not use semc, so you can have a full unlock instead of patch?
