Hot pixels- is there a way to fix them?

    Hi,
I just found some hot pixels on my phone. I think it's a hot pixel because on a black background it clearly appears white (although from some viewing angles it appears a little red so I am confused if it's a stuck pixel, but it clearly appears white on a black bacground)

So is there any way of fixing them without opening the phone. I did try J screen but it did not work for me.
