Dear, Thanks for your reply! I had tried to connect my phone using xs++ and setool2lite v.1.11, but my phone still has no response.

When I used xs++, I hold "c" and connected the usb cable. It showed the following in the log window:

When I used Setool2Lite v.1.11, it just kept running no response so I had to manually stopped the detection.
