You must made a full flash ( main, filesystem and custom file ), because some other users had the same problem after applying patches and they made a full flash and it worked again. Here is a guide :

dude, when patching goes bad or basically nearly any process in setool2 lite, just flash your Main. no matter they say that they can't open the GDFS, just flash your Main, trust me or flash a GDFS backup if you have one (so u won't lose your patches)
