hey all, i have a K810i and was wondering what are some modds that i could do to it. i've been looking through the site and havent really found much about the K810 ( NOT k790 or k800 ). I'm pretty much a noobster so if there are any suggestions please be specific and provide links....

yeah i know about k800 but i have the k810...i was thinking about menu modding and stuff like that...also does anyone know where i can get some menu.ml (menu interface) files that would look good on the k810

search on 4shared.com for k810i you will get loads of files including firmware, menus, drivers themes and more...

You can patch it,change the accoustic or the menu and camdriver...

On which phone - K810.
K-series phones doesn`t support flash menus ( except k850 and k770 ). You can only have animated menu ( gifs ).

I recently modded my k800i up to the k810 firmware and changed the language pack. It was my first attempt ever at flashing my own phone and I only did it cuz I white screened my phone again and I didnt want to take it to the local chinese guy and pay him another $30. I paid for a credit on wotan but then didn't use it cuz I found the xs++ and used it instead. Now that I've done this I'm completely hooked. I want to mod my phone to the nuts now.

I wish there was a definitive modding thread for the k800/k810. I see guys with their phones modded to the tits and I wonder how they did it.
I would like to do the following:
1. k800 to k810 (already done)
2. Up on the joystick to get to my KD Player (or even better if I could get walkman v2 on the phone instead of the crappy media player on the k810i)
3. Radio with no headphone jack plugged in.
4. New menus with no playnow function or modified to do something else.
5. Better Accoustics.
6. New Camera driver
7. No shutter sounds.
8. anything else I can think of
I see some great youtube vids of what people have done but I can't figure out how they did it. Is there some customization files out there that are easy to apply?
