How to put flash Menus on K750

man i dont think K750i supports flash theme....if it would have supported then i say only k750i would be the king of all sony phones in the market....

er im changed over to a w580i, and i think it's supposed to allow use of flash menus as they had default flash themes. but i have no idea why it doesnt work when i download other flash themes to use. do you have anyway to solve this problem?

K750 would be able to use flash files if you would flash it with a W-series firmware...but there are disadvantages.

no, i have tried it, k750, or even k750@w800 are not able to load flash manu...

there is a way to load "flash imitation manu-s" without connecting to XS, or other programs...

here goes:

here is an example, of how your manu could loocks like, if you do these:

in these download you also have icons to change, sony sistem icons as batery, and other... if anyone wants to do these, just tel me, and i will explain it...

ok, so how to upload these manu

1. I do not answer to any harm done to your phone...
i am just explaining what i did

2. connect the phone with XS 3.1 :P

3. first way is to just drag-n-drop these icons in the folder
tpa\preset\system\menu\

4. second way, if you don't want to do these every time, do:

create a folder on your memory stick:
\MSSEMC\Media files\other\menu\menu\
put the icons and the menu.ml file in it...

then just upload these SHORTCUT with XS into the map:
tpa\preset\system\menu\

also don't forget to delete the original icons and the menu.ml in the tpa\preset\system\menu!!!
now every time you wat to change the icons yust copy them into the memory card, and after the restart it will automaticly load them...

can't you make the toturial step by step , so i can understand what i have to do , or do you know an other tutorial for putting flash menus on your k750

I did it with my w700i. It's almoust the same phone. I founded a manual how to do this but a long time ago... I'm going try to find it again and then post a link. It really works and it's a little bit simpler. The menus are in download section...

So there's no way of using Flash menus with K800i neither? The flash folder is there and I uploaded the Menu file, but it says that the Theme is broken when I try to activate it. Gotta try out a new firmware...

you cannot get flash themes for k750/w800 but you can use the gif packs and they work really well
