W810 Configuration error

HI
i flashed my phone made a patch with simlockpatch gen put the patch on with setools and i get a error message on my phone when i try use it sayin "configuration error please contact service provider"

I bought the phone second hand
so i had to unlock the sim it says its unlocked when i do *<*>>* or whatever
but it still says its locked when i do identify in se tools!
i have encountered this problem on 2 firmware versions!
what do i do PLZ HELP ?

did you customize your phone? I mean did you uploaded the custom files needed? I belive you didn't and thats the reason why you get that error not because of the patch.

is that vkp compatible with r4db005??
if yes so simply full flash your phone and you should customize your phone with a custpack
if not customize you will see configuration error

I agree with Khaba, you need to customize your phone. Check this thread: XS++ 2.x Guide, section III. Choosing the correct firmware.

If you check the simlock status in >*<<*<* menu, and the locks are unlocked, then everything is fine. Your phone is unlocked. However if you check the simlock status in XS++ SETool2 Lite etc., you sill get Network LOCKED. Don't worry about that, it is normal...

1.SO i start up xs++
2.click customize system file
3.then do i match my cad to CDA article: CDA102494/158 or CENT_EUROPE
4.then i put the firmware (W810_R4DB005_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_CID49) in the top box
5.flash
6.put (W810_R4DB005_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_CID49) in second box
7.flash
8.make patch
9. write script with setools
10.done

is that correct.... the only step im not sure about is step 3! thankyou

even if i did follow that step by step.... it still doesnt answer what the hell it is doing repeating itself over and over and what cda i need to match my firmware altough i think i am correct!

bro use setool2lite instead of xs++
it has been tested many many times and every thing is ok
if you want not to have doubt do full flash:
fota+main+fs+custpack

it is very easier than xs++

Did you flash main two times? Because here I see two times flashed main and no flashed filesystem.

don't mind the FOTA, just flash FS, MAIN and Custom Pack, and use the next firmware version,R4EA031 for MAIN and R4ED001 for FS. According to your log you need these files:
