Is The Phone Turning On? Try Connecting It To SEUS.
What software you use ?
I think you use setool2lite ver1.10 or 1.11 because in setool2lite this problem very apear.but it's your indifference.

 The phone is not turning on at all I used SEtools and I have no idea why its not workin. the firmware did not install properly it got through about 4 blocks and then said something fatal it then stopped I unplugged the phone and now it doe not urn on please helpp me
get the battery out of the phone and try to flash it again ;)
(with SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) to get it turning on. if that worked, you can try again to flash it with SETools)
edit: i mean... put the battery out of the phone and re-insert it after ...well.. 30seconds or something like that.. then try to get it back to life with SEUS
After each connection for Flashing, you'll need to take your battery out and re-insert the battery before you can turn on your phone or Flash again.
