In the past few months, I was having a lot of difficulty connecting my K800i to my PC.

At the time the handset was several months old, but under warranty.

I got in touch with Sony Ericsson Support, and while they did eventually seem to resolve the problem, the effort required by me to to get to a solution was enormous. I had to ring constantly as they do not respond efficiently to email.

Have any other SE owners had difficulty with SE support? I am based in Ireland, but the support calls end up at SE UK.
