hi all i recently flashed my w810i and after inserting the sim i got the error configuration error please contact your network operator or service center, can anyone tell me how to fix this please.

You need to flash a custpack after flashing the FS.
Read a tutorial or use the search option, this has been discussed hundreds of times.

Are you sure the FS matched the custpack?

Please post up your logs. Remove your IMEI from the logs before posting them if you flashed with SE Tool lite.

they were made before the flash

Please post a log of the identify after the flash.
It seems like there's something wrong with the custpack.
I'm leaving now, have to get up early tomorrow. Maybe someone else can help you. I'll be online tomorrow again ;)

does anyone has any sugestions i tried flashing again and it failed and i can't get it to identify.

Take out the battery for some seconds and try again to identify it.
