broken w880I

suddenly my w880i has stoped working, the battery has power i know this from testing it. nothing happens on the phone with the battery in it when i press the power button but with the charger pluged in there is a red light on constantly in the power button area still nothing springs to life on the phone when pressing the power button.

even connecting it up to the pc while its charging doesnt even get recognised by windows.

what might be the problem ? i would try reflashing but dont want to waste time trying because windows wont pick up the device yet.

how though if the computer wont recognise it, or will it be picked up better by third party software ?
