Big trouble? No w580i custpack for me.

Please help me, I tried upgrading prematurely my W580i, and now I have the dreaded "Configuration Error, contact your network operator or service centre" error... the problem is I can't customize correctly with XS++ since there's no custpack for my cda!! help please :' (

    My cda is: CDA102774/117 R3A

The company is Digitel from Venezuela.... what can I do? The original firmware is R6BC002, is there no way to upgrade this baby? can nobody help?

download the correct custpack from the download section, then upload with xs++3.1, select FSX, then start fsx, then upload the custpack to tpa/preset/custom.

Yep I applied for a Premium5 to be able to get the files I need while I getmy 20 posts with time. :) Well I'll try today with a few cust packs and see if I can work it out. One question though I thought the custpack had to match my CDA perfectly? If not so, what part is the important one? CDA102774? CDA102774/117, the R3A part or which? is this enforced by the erom? (wondering). Plus if I'm installing America_2 FS... Ah well I'll keep trying today and leave feedback here. thanks

The custpack must match the FS that you want to flash, not the CDA string you have right now ;)

Custpack have the language description. It must be match to the firmware.

You can find the information in Top Sony - Languages Description and Top Sony - CDA List

the custom pack MUST match the FS you're using right now. your original FS, you already deleted and flash'ed over it with your current FS. no need to care about your original FS.
