W810i camera prob

Hi Newbie here.i have been given a 810i.Everything works bar the camera.try to access the camera and it opens for a second then flips straight back to the main menu.Have tried via main menu and camera on button.Have usb cable.Any ideas please,thanks

Flash it with latest firmware, that should fix it...

you can upload again the camdriver so as to see if that is the problem..If it still exists,it may be a hardware damage..However,you can fix it...Look at se-nse.net at hardware repair area..theres a topic saying fixing camera k750..but bear in mind that first you should try uploading again the camdriver and then see the other thing...if you want we can talk via msn

I've seen that before when the phone had a torn ribbon cable for the camera. I think they are pretty cheap and easy to find, but you would have to open the phone up to find out.
