I had a K800, great phone, but I didn't like the keypad, so got a K810.
In under a month, the Right had side soft-button failed.
Anyone else experience this?

I had a chat with a local phone shop who has said that this seems to be a common failure in them.

yes...very easy to damage... just need to replace one
